BrandBooster.Network provides a platform that connects influencers with brands for the purpose of video promotions. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of users (both brands and influencers) and the platform itself.

1. Definitions

• Platform: Refers to BrandBooster.Network, including all websites, applications, services, and tools provided by us.
• User: Any individual or entity who registers on the platform, whether as an influencer or brand.
• XP (Experience Points): A metric that tracks user progression on the platform, unlocking additional features and opportunities as users gain more XP.
• RSX: A virtual currency used on the platform to cover transaction fees and rewards.

2. User Eligibility

2.1 Influencers

To be eligible to use BrandBooster.Network as an influencer, you must meet the following criteria:

• Have a minimum of 100 subscribers on your YouTube channel.
• Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian if under 18.

2.2 Brands

To register as a brand, you must provide accurate business information, including but not limited to:

• Company name and contact details.
• Campaign goals and target audience.
• Payment details for processing campaigns.

3. Registration and Account Use

• Account Creation: Users can register using their email address or a social media account.
• Account Ownership: Each user account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
• Account Termination: BrandBooster.Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Platform Features

4.1 Campaign Management

• Brands can create and manage campaigns with a set number of views and compensation for influencers.
• Influencers can view available campaigns and select ones they wish to participate in. Payments for successful campaign completions are handled through BrandBooster.Network.

4.2 Dual Mode Accounts

• Users can switch between influencer and brand roles, allowing flexibility to participate in campaigns and create their own campaigns.

4.3 Invitation Rewards

• Influencers can invite others to join BrandBooster.Network and earn RSX points for successful referrals.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Cashout Schedule

• Cashouts are processed twice per month. A countdown timer will show the next cashout window on your dashboard.
• Eligibility: Users must have earned a minimum of $5 in RSX or platform rewards to request a cashout.
• Payment Methods:
  • Crypto Wallets: Fast, secure digital payments.
  • Digital Wallets: E-wallet payment options.
  • Bank Transfers: Direct deposits to bank accounts.
  • Local Payment Options: Region-specific payment solutions.

5.2 RSX Fees

• RSX fees vary based on the selected cashout amount. The applicable fees will be displayed when requesting a cashout.

5.3 Processing Time

• All cashout requests are processed within 24 hours or by the next business day after the designated cashout date.
• Notifications will be sent to users regarding the status of their cashout requests.

5.4 Platform Fees

• There are no platform or commission fees charged by BrandBooster.Network. RSX fees are used to cover operational costs.

6. Rank System and XP

6.1 Earning XP

• Users earn XP based on platform activity, including completing campaigns and participating in various platform functions.
• XP allows users to unlock higher ranks, which provide access to more promotion slots, greater earning potential, and other features.

6.2 Video Limits

• As users progress in rank, they gain the ability to promote more videos daily, increasing their potential earnings.

6.3 Conversion of XP

• XP can be converted to cash for cashout, with a portion of your earnings being used to increase your rank.

7. Payment Flow and Automation

7.1 Campaign Payments

• Brands pay directly to the platform when publishing a campaign. Influencers are paid based on the success of their video campaigns.
• Payments to influencers are automatically processed based on the number of views generated by their videos.

7.2 Campaign Packages

• Brands select view-based campaign packages. Influencers are paid according to the number of views their videos generate.
• There is no direct contact or financial exchange between brands and influencers regarding payments; the platform manages the entire transaction process.

7.3 Automation

• BrandBooster’s integrated tracking system and YouTube API automate the tracking and payment processes, ensuring that influencers are paid accurately for their video promotions.

8. User Responsibilities

8.1 Honest Participation

• Users must provide accurate and truthful information when creating accounts and participating in campaigns.
• Influencers must ensure that their videos meet the campaign requirements and deadlines.
• Brands must accurately describe their campaign objectives and select appropriate influencers for their campaigns.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

• Users are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:
  • Misrepresenting campaign outcomes.
  • Engaging in spamming, abusive behavior, or harassment of other users.
  • Unauthorized use of platform content or brand.

9. Liability

9.1 Platform Liability

• BrandBooster.Network is responsible for processing payments and ensuring accurate tracking of campaigns via its integrated tracking system and YouTube’s API.
• The platform ensures payments to influencers are processed based on the completion and success of campaigns.

9.2 User Liability

• Influencers are responsible for fulfilling campaign requirements and ensuring compliance with brand instructions.
• Brands are responsible for setting accurate campaign expectations, selecting the right influencers, and ensuring campaigns adhere to the platform’s terms.

9.3 Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute related to payments or campaign outcomes, users should contact the platform’s support team. BrandBooster will mediate disputes, but will not be liable for disputes between users (brands and influencers).

10. Termination

• BrandBooster.Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that undermine the platform’s integrity.
• Users can deactivate their accounts at any time by contacting our support team.

11. Changes to Terms

• BrandBooster.Network reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
